VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING SNOW

When snow is forecast we monitor the weather forecasts very closely. We will, of course, make every effort to keep school open, but the health and safety of the children, parents and staff is of paramount importance. All staff live some distance from the school, and you will know that all the routes in and out of the village present some difficulties.

IN THE EVENT OF SNOW CLOSING THE SCHOOL:

Please look at our website or Instagram –which will display up-to-date information.

Please refer to BBC Leicester - www.bbc.co.uk/news/england.leicester which will list school closures.

Listen for announcements on BBC Radio Leicester 104.9FM

Please pass the information on to each other and check that other parents have received the message.

IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE HALLATON AND ARE WORRIED ABOUT THE ROADS, PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ANY RISKS
